Q) How much is it to ship my order?

A: We charge a flat fee of $7.50 which will provide you tracking information.

Q) When will my order ship?

A: Order Processing takes 2-3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Once your order has shipped, please allow enough time for USPS processing for tracking information to update and 5-7 business days to arrive if it is regular ground shipping. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times so please keep this in mind in determining your shipping method.

 

Q) Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

A: Per request, we can ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes. Delivery time to APO/FPO and PO Boxes varies and is generally longer than our standard 4-10 business day Ground Shipping. Please contact us at 813.258-8100, Monday thru Saturday from 10am to 8pm EST or email us at [email protected] with your request, and we will be able to assist you in placing your order.

 

Q) Can I order a product online and pick it up at the store?

A: Yes! If you wish to pick up your order at our Tampa, Florida location, please select "in store pickup" option at checkout. This will eliminate the shipping cost from your order.  

 

RETURNS

Q) What items may I return?

A: You may return any item except SALE, JEWELRY and INTIMATE items (Hollywood tape, Nipple Covers, etc).  For * store credit only * The merchandise must be unworn or used and have original tags attached. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you received Free Shipping, our costs will be deducted from your refund.

Q) How long do I have to make a return?

A: Items must be postmarked within 7 days of purchase date. You must receive an Return Authorization (RA) from The Haute Shop prior to returning for *store credit only*

Q) How do I receive an RA and process a Return?

A: Please email us at [email protected] and include the following information: your contact information, the item description, cost, and reason for returning the item. We will email you with your RA within 48 hours. Please write the RA on the outside of the package or label for quickest processing. For your own protection, we recommend that you insure your package and have a request for signature.

Q) When will I recieve my store credit?

A: Once we have received the unused, undamaged , still tagged item we will process the return and email you a store credit in the original amount ( Minus shipping we paid or discounts used) of your purchased item.  Store credits cannot be used on accessories.

 Q) Do I have to pay the shipping on my return?

A: Yes.

 

Q) Can I take my merchandise into the store for a refund of store credit?

A: Yes.  If you live in the Tampa area and would like to return your item to the store, we will gladly honor the return for * store credit only *
