Q) What items may I return?

A: You may return any item except SALE, JEWELRY and INTIMATE items (Hollywood tape, Nipple Covers, etc). The merchandise must be unworn or used and have original tags attached. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you received Free Shipping, our costs will be deducted from your refund.

Q) How long do I have to make a return?

A: Items must be postmarked within 10 days  of purchase date. You must receive an Return Authorization (RA) from The Haute Shop prior to returning.

Q) How do I receive an RA and process a Return?

A: Please email us at HauteShopTampa@gmail.com and include the following information: your contact information, the item description, cost, and reason for returning the item. We will email you with your RA within 48 hours. Please write the RA on the outside of the package or label for quickest processing. For your own protection, we recommend that you insure your package and have a request for signature.

Q) Do I have to pay the shipping on my return?

A: Yes.

Q) Can I take my merchandise into the store for a refund?

A: Yes.  If you live in the Tampa area and would like to return your item to the store, we will gladly honor the return. 

Q) How long will it take before I see my refund?

A: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to process.
